DWC Y 500 Inline Ozone disinfection
This Ozone disinfection unit is installed inline with the water pipe. It features a built-in a water flow sensor so that when a water tap is turned on, the machine can automatically switch on and produce ozonated water.
It is particularly beneficial to disinfect piping infrastructure within the house or for larger water distribution networks. Used also as a polishing stage for treated waste water leaving a waste water treatment system it will instantly disinfect the effluent and offers hygienically safe water for direct reuse in toilet flushing or other purposes.
The ozone water flow rate is about 5-15 liters per minute with operating power of 55W (220V)
Product feature
Automatic control system: When the water flows the unit is automatically activated as long as the pressure is at least 0.25 Mpa.
Automatic sterilization system: Air will be sucked in automatically. Ozone will be produced from the surrounding air and mixed diretcly into the water flow. Bacteria and other microorganisms will be eliminated instantly.

Installation
Install the unit near the pipe fixed on the walls indoors.
Switch on the unit into standby mode.
Turn on water tap, water flows through the unit. It will trigger the internal pressure switch and the lamp turns green,
The unit begins to work and produces ozonated water.
The water pressure is indicated by the four green lights. Zhe greater the flow of water the more green lights will turn on.
The units maximum water flow rate is 15 L / min. It starts operating at water flow rate of 3L/min.
