The greywater recycling system is configured for the treatment of greywater, ie. low polluted waste water of the personal hygiene (shower, bath tube, hand washbasin). The applied BioMembranefilter-technology assures the complete separation of the biomass from the cleaned greywater. Therefore a clear water free of solids and a complete blocking of bacteria and germs, with a blocking rate of 99,9999%, can be guaranteed. The total recycling process is composed of a biological treatment and an ultra-fltration (MBR-Membrane Bio Reactor) step. The filtered water will be stored after treatment in a clearwater tank.

The result will be a clear and germ free service water available for reuse for toilet flushing, cleaning purpose and garden irrigation.    

The system consists of

  • Grey water buffer tank membrane filter and filtrate box, filtrate pump, negative buoyancy, grey water inflow and outlet, cable and hose bushings
  • Clearwater tank incl. pressure increase via clarified water pressure pump X 1000 incl. automatic switch and dry run protection, connections pre-assembled
  • Control unit incl. stainless steel bracket, aeration pump, Siemens-Logic modul, automatic drinking water feed incl. solenoid valve DN13, cable and connecting plug (completely programmed and plug-in pre assembled)
