DWC training on water saving faucets installations in Morroco
In December 2008 DWC went to Marakesh to install water saving faucets and water purification systems in a private home.
During the process it was vitally important to not only train the occupants of the riad about the different products but also the professional installation team themselves.
While being at the office of the installation team, DWC and its team members presented each different product and explained in details its functioning, its benefits and limits and most importantly how to properly install it with clients.
Since we were talking to experienced professionals we had time to focus on the specific technical details. Talking to the final users we obviously had to focus more on the daily operation and maintenance issues in an informal environment.
