The next generation of solar powered, non chemical desalination system based on Reverse Osmosis has been launched. Due to a completely new and exclusive pressure recovery system with dramatically reduced power consumption, ever falling prices for Photovoltaic modules and battery storage this new generation of membrane based desalination technology is in many sunny countries now also a commercially more attractive water production solution then current fossil fuel based, chemical intensive solutions.
