DWC, the owner and the tennants of the Riad including a young mother agreed on a step by step approach. Step 1 upgrading all the taps, shower heads etc with modern, water saving water faucets including aerators and flow controls has been done. Step 2 water purification of city water at the point of entry into the house as well as point of use directly at the kitchen ensured multi barrier water purification. Especially preparation of (baby) food with now highly purified water is highly appreciated and reduces health risks and reduces costs for purchasing expensive drinking water in bottles. Key part of the installations was training of the tennants and detailled explanation of the different water treatment technologies implemented fr ongoing explanations of guests and friends. Any friends or guests of that Riad will take advantage of the practical experience of water saving sanitary equipment as well as enjoing healthy teas, coffees or simple water. Further steps of onsite waste water treatment, water reuse etc. will follow suit ...
