SBR waste water treatment: 15m³ to 1500m³ a day

Preconfigured, standardized and universal sewage systems using SBR are available between 50 to 10,000 habitants (15m³- 1500m³ of household waste water per day). 

Those are complete sewage treatment system using core compoments as technical equipment for locally made concreted square vessels. It is ideal for properties  like hotels, restaurants, business, housing estates or even smaller settlement up to complete town size waste water treatment.

Here is a principle chart of how a larger scale SBR waste water treatment is being constructed:

 

Mechanical prefiltration followed by a sludge storage tank. Overflow will go into a buffer tank. That will lead into the SBR reactor where clear water will be separated from the waste water/sludge.
