Preconfigured SBR up to 8m³ day waste water: SBR Simplex Pioneer 8.0

Preconfigured, standardized and universal smaller sewage systems using SBR are available between 29 to 53 habitants (4,300 - 8,000 liters of household waste water per day).

Those are standard, plug and play and flexible systems for single houses up to smaller settlements or villages.

Key data for 8m³/day mixed household waste water treatment

- Sewage treatment system is constructed with concrete rings and in monolithic design

- It can be installed in available vessels once the structural preconditions have been met (vessel volume, sealing test)

- Individual sets with pumps (feeding, aeration, treated water) are extremely simple to install and save costs of later repairs. (Plug and play)

- Load fluctuation can still achieve best treatment results because the height
at which the units are installed can be changed and thereby adapts to the actual number of people. Part load is effectively

- Dynamic aeration saves up to 30% energy cost in comparison with conventional SBR systems.

- Energy costs for 8m³ is extremely low

- Pump will operate up to 12,000 hours

- The unique advantage of this particular SBR system is that, for example, a system for 8 people can be turned into one for 4 people simply by rearranging the units.

- The small sewage treatment plant works fully automatically. All operating data
is saved and can be viewed at the control module if needed.

- The equipment in the clarification vessel consists of individual units and is very long-lived. If repair is needed, the defective unit can be taken out of the vessel at any time and a replacement unit installed.

- The control module and the equipment units are connected with plugs. This makes replacement easy without a service technician.

- Maintenance 2 times a year

- 3 years guarantee

- Costs range between € 3.500 and € 5.000 (excl. tanks)

The perfect sewage treatment system “treats part load as normal load

- Fully automatic setting for all sizes up to 19m³ (dual operation)

- The perfect sewage treatment system for service fitting and new construction
of small systems

- Ready to plug in

- Floating individual units which adapt to inflow conditions.

- The units are easy to install and can be removed from the clarification vessel with a few manipulations.

- An automatic sewage treatment system which adapts to the number of users

- It is an improvement that builds on all specifications of the SIMPLEX pioneer

- It compensates part load situations automatically in excellent manner.

- It is perfect for buildings with permanent part load. An example is a building in which up to 16 people can live but only 4 of them are connected to the  treatment system

or

for situations of seasonal part load, e.g., in a holiday home which is occupied
permanently by the owners (2 – 4 people) but the holiday apartments are
occupied only during the holiday season and maybe not all for all the time,
whereas they are unoccupied in the cold season.
In such cases, the system adapts automatically to the concrete load situation in the area of the biological reactor.

Example: Waste water treatment in Spain

Commissioning: November 2007
Design capacity: 45 People, ca. 6,7m³/day
Calculation: C-elimination, Nitrification Denitrification
Outflow values: COD < 90 mg/l BOD5 < 20 mg/l NH4-N < 10 mg/l Ntot. < 18 mg/l
