Aquasolar - Deep well hand pump with solar power
The model "Aquasolar" is a solar powered piston pump for the autonomous ground water pumping. It is available in different sizes and based on a piston with footvalve.
The maximum instalation depth is depending on the model up to 70 metres with a maximum yield of ca. 550 l/h. 2-4 solar modules offer the required enegry supply. With the possible manual operation you can always get water at night or when the sun is not delierving the required power.
This system in applied in many developing countries for the water supply. For existing handpumps you can add the solar powered drive any time.
